Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule we require a 24 hour notice. If this notice is not given by then, you will be charged 20% of the total service cost.
If you do not cancel your appointment & do not show up for your appointment,
your card will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Repeat no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% off the total service cost & Isla Studio reserves the right to block you from booking online for future services.
We do not offer refunds.
